BETINGELSER

2. Indemnity: Hverken IH Brisbane - ALS og dens personale eller dets repræsentanter, will be held responsible for any loss, skader, illness or injury to people or property which may occur while students are on any activity or excursion organized by IH Brisbane – AS. Students are solely responsible for taking out own insurance which we recommend be purchased in their own country.

3. IH Brisbane –ALS is required to share information about its students with the Australian Government and other designated authorities, såsom TPS. IH Brisbane – ALS has the right to share information on your progress and attendance with your sponsor or educationalagent

Anmodning om refusion

o Request for refund must be made on a Request For Refund Form (download fra vores hjemmeside www.ihbrisbane.com.au) med relevant dokumentation (e.g.brevet fra Department of Homeland anliggender og bankoplysninger) og indsendes til enrol@ihbrisbane.com.au.

o A refund can only be paid if ALS has received the money and it has been entered into its accounts, and all debts to ALS have been paid.

o Refund payments will be made in Australian currency within 4 ugers indsendelse af udfyldte ansøgning om tilbagebetaling, form og alle nødvendige understøttende dokumentationer.

o Requests for refunds of Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) skal ske direkte til den studerendes OSHC udbyder.

o Promotional discount will not be applicable in any refund cases.

 

Politik for refundering - der er 5 refund categories at ALS; these will be applied to each and every course applied for:

1. Afbestilling på grund af Visa afslag – Before course start date: $300 Admin Fee per course. Undervisningen, Materiale og Lufthavn Modtagelse Gebyrer refunderes. Indskrivning, Payment Plan and Accommodation Placement Fees not refunded.

2. Afbestilling på grund af Visa afslag – Efter kurset er påbegyndt: $300 Admin Fee per course. Ubrugte Undervisning og væsentlige gebyrer refunderet. Indskrivning, PaymentPlan and Accommodation Placement Fees not refunded.

3. Annullering varsel givet mere end 4 weeks prior to the course start day: $350 Admin Fee per course. Undervisningen, Material and Airport Reception Fees refunded.Indskrivning, Payment Plan and Accommodation Placement Fees not refunded.

4. Annullering varsel mindre end 4 weeks prior to the course start day: $1200 Admin Fee first course, og $350 Admin Fee per subsequent course. Undervisningen, Materiale og Lufthavn Modtagelse Gebyrer refunderes(hvis mere end 48 timers varsel givet). Indskrivning, Payment Plan and Accommodation Placement Fees not refunded.

5. Annullering efter kursus er påbegyndt:

a. Vocational courses: Ingen refusion støtteberettigede

b. ELICOS courses – 24 tuition weeks or shorter: Ingen refusion støtteberettigede.

c. ELICOS courses – 25 tuition weeks or longer with 12 weeks or longer remaining; a flat fee of $1500 will be refunded.

Kursus start betyder den første arbejdsdag i ugen den studerende er indskrevet til at starte.

Ændring af Indskrivning. hvor det er muligt, IH Brisbane - ALS er glade for at hjælpe dig med at foretage ændringer til dit studieforløb, but fees will apply.

• Changes to start date – ingen afgift vil blive lavet til den første ændring, bagefter $40.00 admin gebyr vil blive opkrævet for hver efterfølgende ændring. Any refund request after making a change will be as case 4 undtagen i tilfælde af afslag på visum.

• Penalty chargeable for transfers to different courses (not including tuition / material fees differences)

• Failure to commence –ALS is required to report any student default within 5 arbejdsdage.

Pre-requisites– courses at ALS require a pre-requisite level of English, alder og tidligere undersøgelse, som kan findes på hjemmesiden og reklamemateriale. Students who do not meet these requirements will not be able to commence study in this course, men vil blive tilbudt en plads i en anden kurs. Any difference in fees will be the sole responsibility of the student. ALS disclaims all liability for any direct or indirect loss arising out of using a 3rd party service.

Course CancellationIf ALS is unable to deliver a course, a full refund of unused portion of prepaid tuition fees, væsentlige gebyrer, og tilmeldingsgebyr vil blive foretaget inden 2 weeks of the day on which the course ceased being provided. Du kan blive tilbudt optagelse i et alternativt kursus uden ekstra omkostninger, and have the right to choose whether you would prefer a refund of fees or to accept a place in another course, som skal ske skriftligt.

o In the unlikely event that ALS ceases to operate and is unable to offer you a place in another course or a refund, for student visa holders the TPS will place you in a similar course at no charge. Any refund due to a default of ALS as the registered provider is covered by the provisions of the Education Services of Overseas Students Act 2000 (Den ESOS Act) (som ændret).

Complaints and Appeals – students are able to submit a compliant or appeal in person to their trainer or at reception or by email to enrol@ihbrisbane.com.au; we will respond in 10 working days or less, and you will be informed in writing of the outcome. If you are unhappy with the outcome, you can take your complaint or appeal to an external body, such as the student ombudsman. Submitting a complaint does not affect your enrolment.

This written agreement, and the right to make complaints and seek appeals of decisions and action under various processes, does not affect the rights of the student to take an action under the Australian Consumer Law if the Australian Consumer Law applies.
