2. Students are solely responsible for taking out own insurance which we recommend be purchased in their own country.

3. Αίτηση για την επιστροφή

o Request for refund must be made on a Request For Refund Form (κατεβάσετε από την ιστοσελίδα μας www.ihbrisbane.com.au) με τα κατάλληλα δικαιολογητικά τεκμηριώσεις (e.g.την επιστολή του Υπουργείου Εσωτερικών και τραπεζικών στοιχείων) και να υποβάλλεται στις enrol@ihbrisbane.com.au.

o A refund can only be paid if ALS has received the money and it has been entered into its accounts, and all debts to ALS have been paid.

o Refund payments will be made in Australian currency within 4 εβδομάδων από την υποβολή του συμπληρωμένου Αίτημα Για Φόρμα Επιστροφής και όλα τα απαιτούμενα δικαιολογητικά τεκμηριώσεις.

o Promotional discount will not be applicable in any refund cases.

Πολιτική Επιστροφής - υπάρχουν 5 refund categories at ALS; these will be applied to each and every course applied for:

1. Ακύρωση λόγω της άρνησης της Visa – Πριν από την ημερομηνία έναρξης του μαθήματος: $300 Admin Fee per course. Δίδακτρα, Υλικό και το αεροδρόμιο Τέλη υποδοχής επιστροφή. Εγγραφή, Payment Plan and Accommodation Placement Fees not refunded.

2. Ακύρωση λόγω της άρνησης της Visa – Μετά βέβαια έχει αρχίσει: $300 Admin Fee per course. Αχρησιμοποίητα δίδακτρα και τα τέλη επιστρέφονται Υλικό. Εγγραφή, PaymentPlan and Accommodation Placement Fees not refunded.

3. Ειδοποίηση ακύρωσης δοθεί περισσότερο από ό, τι 4 εβδομάδες πριν από την ημέρα έναρξης του μαθήματος: $350 Admin Fee per course. Δίδακτρα, Material and Airport Reception Fees refunded.Εγγραφή, Payment Plan and Accommodation Placement Fees not refunded.

4. Ειδοποίηση ακύρωσης δοθεί λιγότερο από ό, τι 4 εβδομάδες πριν από την ημέρα έναρξης του μαθήματος: $1200 Admin Fee first course, και $350 Admin Fee per subsequent course. Δίδακτρα, Υλικό και το αεροδρόμιο Τέλη υποδοχής επιστροφή(Εάν περισσότερα από 48 Ώρες ειδοποίηση). Εγγραφή, Payment Plan and Accommodation Placement Fees not refunded.

5. Ακύρωση μετά την πορεία έχει αρχίσει:

ένα. Vocational courses: Καμία επιστροφή επιλέξιμων

b. ELICOS courses – 24 tuition weeks or shorter: Καμία επιστροφή επιλέξιμων.

c. ELICOS courses – 25 tuition weeks or longer with 12 weeks or longer remaining; a flat fee of $1500 will be refunded.

• Penalty chargeable for transfers to different courses (not including tuition / material fees differences) 

• Failure to commence –ALS is required to report any student default within 5 εργάσιμες ημέρες.

• Pre-requisites– courses at ALS require a pre-requisite level of English, ηλικία και προηγούμενη μελέτη, μπορείτε να βρείτε στον ιστότοπο και στο διαφημιστικό υλικό. o In the unlikely event that ALS ceases to operate and is unable to offer you a place in another course or a refund, for student visa holders the TPS will place you in a similar course at no charge. Any refund due to a default of ALS as the registered provider is covered by the provisions of the Education Services of Overseas Students Act 2000 (ο ESOS Act) (όπως τροποποιήθηκε).

• Complaints and Appeals – students are able to submit a compliant or appeal in person to their trainer or at reception or by email to enrol@ihbrisbane.com.au; we will respond in 10 working days or less, and you will be informed in writing of the outcome. If you are unhappy with the outcome, you can take your complaint or appeal to an external body, such as the student ombudsman. Submitting a complaint does not affect your enrolment.
